      Very cheap A lot of pressure to perform A lot of pressure to reach unrealistic sales objectives when the market is not allowing to attain them Lack of vision Management doesn't know how to lead They don't empower their employees They don't accommodate to diversity, inclusion and equity Lack of accomodations for people with disabilities and illnesses They promise you the moon and the stars to only cut you loose at the end

      Strong process-oriented culture but slow communication at times

      Strong process-oriented work culture Good exposure to Microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, and cloud technologies Opportunity to work with global teams Focus on quality, code reviews, and production stability Learned Agile and SAFe methodologies

      Cons

      One challenge was that due to the size of the organization, communication and response times for some processes could be slower.
