Pros

You'd be better off sleeping under the overpass then working for such a dispicable company.

Cons

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH. If you are suffering from mental illness they will put on a facade about "helping you" when in reality they will have nefarious plans for you Management are bullies, favorite players and have no actual management credentials. They often shoe horn in "directors". Criminally underpays. Rewards new employees in desperation to get people to work for them. If you enjoy smoking blue crystal and being intoxicated on the job that's okay, but if you disagree with management making up on the spot rules trying to make your life miserable then collect your go to jail free card. The people at head office have no compassion and no morals. These people are the human equivalent of cancer. They are tumors and toxic people who have no issue sleeping at night knowing they are taking infloated salaries to sit on their butts while the normal staff work the front lines. They will often allow uneducated and untrained people to be promoted to PSW. The kitchens are filthy and unkept. One staff member from 11 to 7am, often one who cannot speak English and will sleep during their shift time.
