Pros

Discount, Pro Deals, FT Benefits, some managers are great

Cons

One department manager is a morale crushing, micromanaging, team killer. Team members who exceed expectations will face criticism and team members are pitted against each other

Pros

The pros of working at sail is that it is usually a slower paced environment outside of the busy Christmas season. You’re working with a majority of outdoor enthusiasts both as coworkers and customers, which typically are very calm in their ways. Aside from the not so busy atmosphere, the discount as an employee is also fantastic.

Cons

Cons are similar to any lower wage retail type store. You’re not going to get too much more than minimum wage as a part timer or full timer, but that’s typically what you get with these companies.
