This is the cheapest company I have ever came across and management act like they are paying for your service out of their own pockets. They require wayyyy too much out of you for what they pay. No matter how much work you put in, you are never recognised for your efforts. THE PAY IS HORRIBLE! People that start day 1 are basically making almost the same pay as people that have been with the company for years. Management speak to you as if you are children. They sit and judge you as soon as you walk through the door and your being there is based solely on how you 'look' coming through the door. Management gossips too much! About each other and the employees. HR is not for the employees so don't even bother going to them with any problems you may have. I can go on for days... maybe I will do a part 2.

Very fast paced with lots of heavy lifting of over 50 lbs. Pay sucks. The CEO went around to all the facilities in Canada in 2019 to give a presentation on the direction of the company. He told us that in 2018 SCI made $322 million in revenue and was on track to surpass that for 2019. We were given a raise in early 2020 after our last raise in 2018. We were given twenty five cents an hour. Disgusting.
