We also appreciate your feedback regarding leadership and compensation. SECURE remains committed to transparent and accountable leadership at all levels of the organization. While variable compensation programs, including bonuses, may fluctuate based on individual performance and overall business results, we have not implemented reductions to employee base compensation. Supporting our people continues to be a top priority.
