Pros

slightly higher pay rate than some other centres (if you receive your whole pay cheque) you will build up natural immunity to several strains of bacteria since there is about 1/2 the number of washrooms that they need and they are rarely clean BBQ every payday is nice

Cons

Part of the on-boarding process is to constantly 'remind' new hires to go to this site to leave a review "to counter some of the negativity from bitter ex employees" Lack of adequate floor support is by design to save money. Floor support and training time are below the client's requirements. Even in 9 short months there are a number of instances of employees who had issues to take to Labour Board and Human Rights Commission over how they were treated. Local management is weak and disorganized, generally shady.

Pros

- Some great people will be trapped in the floundering ship of poor compensation, morale, and ethics with you, and you will bond via your shared ennui and need for verbal catharsis.

Cons

- Poor-to-no compensation from the company. Any incentives come from the client and will depend on the campaign you are on. - Raises will pretty much only come via promotion, legal obligation, or being buddies with the management in control of the money. - Morale is non-existent for most and no one cares. Majority of people (management included) actively seeking alternate employment. - Most managers started as agents and received minimal to no training, and as such are lost sheep, wandering wide-eyed through the fields of ill-equipped computers and broken chairs, in search of guidance from shepherds too busy trying to sell more wool to care. Those who aren't were hired externally, and have double or triple the salaries of the internal managers, and as such don't see what the big deal is. - Inappropriate fraternization between management and agents - Unprofessional behaviour and comments by male management to female agents - Outdated systems, software, and equipment - Blatant lying by management - Constant job threats if you aren't making them money. Do not have a bad month, regardless of how long you've been there, as employee loyalty means nothing - Constant payroll 'accidents' resulting in not getting paid, or not getting bonuses - No qualms with last minute schedule changes or 10 hour shifts if they are understaffed because they haven't hired enough people, didn't plan, or too many people quit because they've lost all will to live - Every single person I know who used to work there is happier with what they are doing now and glad they left, voluntarily or not
