Pros

Amazing co workers and definitely a family environment most of the time. Social casual aspects makes the job worth coming in for

Cons

Upper management do not care about staff at all, The people who actually make the business run are the last thoughts on their mind. They will do anything save money and throw policies out the window whenever it suits them best, they are completely unethical and try any means to get what they want.

Pros

Coworkers are really nice most of the time and super supportive It is clear that people were chosen here for their personalities and work ethics, no racial or gender bias at all unlike some places

Cons

General manager threatening to fire everyone for every little thing, even though some of the things complained about would make it an unfair dismissal Blame is constantly put on staff rather than guests who being heavy handed/not understanding Constantly rushed and always busy, which is fine when we have enough staff, but the equipment cannot handle this amount of use and nothing is done about it

Pros

- Unlimited PTO in principle, along with flexible working hours and a work-from-home policy. - Colleagues are generally friendly and supportive.

Cons

- Although the company offers unlimited PTO, employees may face pressure or questioning from HR when taking extended leave, which makes the policy feel limited in practice. - There is no unused annual leave payout during layoffs because of the unlimited PTO structure. - Senior management lacks clear direction, and decision-making is often inconsistent. Forecasts have been wrong multiple times, and priorities can change very quickly. - Layoffs and headcount freezes happen from time to time, yet there still appears to be unnecessary spending at the leadership level. Some teams also seem to spend carelessly, reflecting weak management and poor financial discipline. - Leadership is very conservative in product strategy. Many games feel like recycled versions of older ideas rather than genuine innovation, while bets on newer titles have also failed to gain much market traction.
