Pros

$28/hr, which is good. As much time off as you want.

Cons

No oversight. Not safety conscious, (lack proper safety equipment and lack of training - no rush to obtain it). Takes several months to honour pay raises. Had to double check pay and hours (several times missed a day) Try to limit OT, very cheap company.

Pros

The only pros to working for this company are the money, health benefits, and a schedule that you know well in advance.

Cons

Poorly run company with weak and unfair management. American employees are favorited whereas Canadians are mistreated and undervalued. Safety is preached but takes a back burner over production and to meet deadlines.

Pros

With the right management they were always willing to train you to do new things and learn. They really believe the "do things you never imagined". Very safety conscious

Cons

Really depends on your manager
