      Good brand reputation and structured working processes. Supportive colleagues and clear responsibilities. Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and exposure to global projects.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be slow at times, and processes are quite bureaucratic. Limited flexibility in some roles and changes take time to be implemented.

      Pros

      The pay is decent and the benefits are fair. Office is close to public transportation, and although modern, very much has a start-up feel to it

      Cons

      This is an absolutely horrible place to work. You are micromanaged at every moment, continuously challenged and never allowed to try new ideas. The products are designed to fail and consistency full of quick fixes that only add to the never ending increase in technical debt. Very high turnover in this company. At least 15-20% of the full time staff left in the last 6 months, many of them senior people.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. A green web page. You might have good experience if you end up in the right department, especially in the areas the company is investing but this is rare. Wrong department (for example services) with obsolete products might end up being a nightmare.

      Cons

      Company culture does not align with the company values. Not much room for advancement. Lots of rigidity, politics, nepotism and intimidation for management style. Too much competition between people as well as departments. Macho culture of some old departments will not allow women succeed in technical areas. Inefficient. Some managers have mastered the art of looking good on paper, not necessarily in reality. So many business decisions are made through gossip and not facts. Some insecure people in power do not allow others grow.
