Interesting place to go to work every day

Cons

Low pay, most management have no skills in leadership, they will take advantage of salaried workers, its very difficult to get work done with another department because no one is willing to help each other and acts like gossiping high school cliques, clear lack of repect for any department that isnt the science club

Amazing supervisors. Very laid back job, there is tons of room for new ideas and ways to teach and demonstrate to people. As a part time student, it is a great job to have a fun time while working.

Cons

Little room for improvement. When you get a raise, it is very small and based on what management thinks of you.
