      Pros

      The money and sales people are great.

      Cons

      Management is horrendous, either micromanager or nonexistent support. Company is completely disorganized and everything is a last minute scramble. Constant pressure to hit your quota with threats from management. People are great on the sales side but management and upper management is awful to deal with. Good luck trying to move up here. Expected to work all hours of the day and weekends on your work phone because of different time zones and casinos never close.
