free coffee and tea and I cannot think of anything else nice to say about this company and there is my twenty word minimum.
Cons
I was originally sent in by a staffing agency for a particular role and Shredit decided I was a better fit for a different role instead. I received three days of training and was then told by the staffing agency rep that I was no longer needed as they received notice that I was not the right fit after all and they had made a "mistake". This shows they have no regard for their employees as I had made arrangements and plans around this job offer and they completely threw me to the curb. I was more than capable of taking on the job they did not even give me an opportunity. Aside from that the environment is unattractive and office morale very low. Carpets are stained, ripped and patched up with tape. Dark and depressing upstairs. Would not have stayed much longer regardless.
