Pros
-Honestly this place at first seemed like it had a lot of nice pros, employees are mostly nice and you feel like a group of friends, people are what makes the place nicer -You get to work on unreleased games -As a Lead you were pretty much on your own so you can do your plans and stuff how you feel -Can add experience to your resume and there's many opportunities to go up in roles
Cons
- No real benefits, no real sick days and little vacations (other than the forced government ones) , overall the policies around benefits are not great. Plus testers are on contract based so they don't get any advantaged compared to full time employees (Leads and such) -Its so unorganized, Leads get last minute projects, big projects too and you have to scramble around to get everything in order , almost on your own with little support -Management is super fake, they will act as if they care, but they really don't. Money they make off of your work counts -Older management would have you work overtime without pay a lot of time. - Salaries are very low compared to other companies, especially for what is needed from you as Lead -Higher management is very problematic and nothing is done about it -Leads take everything on their shoulders for projects -Testers are often not trained well, causing issues -Theres so much to list honestly
