Lack of appreciation, support and respect from upper management, district level and up!

Great experience on the store level working with a dedicated team and building pleasant relationships with customers.

Cons

Greedy company, no good is good enough, always demanding more with little to no consideration. Forget you have a personal life when you’re a store manager, it’s always a battle to get a vacation time approved. Upper management will write you up unfairly and always get away with it even when reported to HR. Favouritism plays a big role when it comes to promoting from within. If you speak your mind and it’s not what they want to hear, you’re automatically put on a black list regardless of your performance.

Where can I start, hm, honestly just don’t work for this company! Save yourself time and effort. Work anywhere else but this company. Lots of layoffs and lawsuits. People treated badly and pay is not good.
