I recently started working at Source Office Furnishings in the Burnaby head office and have quickly realized how great the people are here. There is a lot of long-term employees, which is a sign of a good culture. It's common to meet employees who have started their careers in the warehouse or sales support and have grown into leadership roles. If you are looking for a company that values it's people and supports your career growth, you should consider Office Source.
Cons
There's opportunity for building efficiencies around some processes but this is currently in the works and excited to be a part of it.
