Pros

A paycheck Okay benefits 2 free glasses

Cons

The dress code is ridiculous. This company bought out the company I had worked for and when they took over we barely got any training at all but they expected extremely high sales right away. Their systems and pricing are very confusing. No wage increases, bonuses or pensions. That's just for the higher ups apparently I'm definitely applying for other positions & will not be employed by this company for long

Toxic Work Culture, Underpaid, and Zero Support. Avoid BCDC

Pros

A handful of genuine, real coworkers. But even they were struggling to survive the dysfunction.

Cons

Disorganized and dysfunctional workplace. No opportunities for growth. Deeply toxic work environment with no structure from leadership. My department was consistently overworked and exploited, expected to take on multiple roles with no recognition or fair compensation. The work culture thrives on cliques, gossip, and blatant favouritism. Management pushes empty teamwork rhetoric while letting dysfunction run wild. You’ll be left to fend for yourself while they hide in their offices or disappear entirely.
