Good Variety of Projects to work on. Talented artist, leads and supervisors
Cons
Can resort to a system of blame, even when infrastructure is not there for project requirements. Artist where blamed for having to rely on outside expensive render farm, when there own farm couldn't handle the load of the project. Very little patience is given to younger artists and those mentoring them during tight deadlines. This leads to a culture of working extensive overtime. Pay and overtime structure are not the most transparent. Seems to be struggling to get projects since strike.
