horribly stressful due to low staff, rude customers, & issues with management team & upper management. hours start off very little but as the season picks up + more & more staff leave due to mistreatment/disinterest, you are expected to pick up and extend shifts with little to no notice. you also often get scheduled for 5 hour shifts so they don’t have to give you a break. extremely toxic work environment. not worth the mental and physical toll it takes on you.
