Thank you for your feedback. We do have a wonderful working culture. We are highly mission-Driven with a strong focus on educational and research publishing, giving our colleagues a sense of societal impact. We hold values high and this is built on Partnership, Integrity, Drive, and Responsibility as well as Inclusion & Diversity: We have actively listened and only last week held our 2nd career growth week which was a global initiative with many active participants. Career development and progression are important so we're working to improve this as we embrace being a skills based organisation.

Pros

Successful, fast-moving company where you'll be surrounded by smart people.

Cons

Onboarding and team culture can be very hit-or-miss. Management varies from competent to clueless depending on the team.
