Pros
If you get a good manager, there's decently interesting work to do, and you might even be lucky enough to have cool teammates.
Cons
Very clear that friends of new american employees are being put into higher positions and are bringing a terrible culture with them. There used to not be 'overworking', but rather 'work at the right pace so long as you get your work done'; now people are breathing down your neck and reporting yout o upper management if you're one day late on a task. There's no effort to make sure employees feel satisfied or to check in. Cuthroat culture, which is sad as ive been there for 4 years.
