Pros

Racist, sexist, homophobic corporate and management at many of their locations. The few good, strong, hardworking managers that know how to do their job end up getting bullied out for friends of corporate where you are expected to do the work of three for the pay of less than one. Every other chain print company has a much higher starting pay and yearly raises. Since this company was bought out by american/foreign shareholders it has gone down the drain further. There are no pros.

Cons

No support from management who aren't supported from corporate. Expected to run a skeleton crew with less than the viable amount of employees and managers needed to run a store. No extra pay for doing work beyond your pay grade or for being expected to work multiple peoples jobs in one shift. Corporate doesn't care. They are horrible people who only care about their bonuses and have no problem cutting hours down to an unreasonably low amount to get it. The people actually doing the work to make the money are the same people suffering at the hands of greedy corporate heads. Can't keep their employees because they treat them horribly and abuse the ones working hard to make up for the ones that just stand around.

Pros

Throughout my time at [Former Workplace Name], it became increasingly evident that the organization was operating with a severe shortage of staff. This under-hiring resulted in excessive workloads and unrealistic expectations, which severely impacted our ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The constant pressure to complete tasks within tight deadlines, coupled with inadequate staffing levels, had a detrimental effect on both my physical and mental well-being.

Cons

detrimental effect on both my physical and mental well-being.

Pros

You can work with a fun team that makes you feel included since the rest of the store ignores this department.

Cons

The job, the management, the customers. I found the work place to be a place I never wanted to go to, I would actually cry the night before I would go in. There was no support in the department and management made you feel so alone and unappreciated. They get new management added and make you feel worse. The customers are rude and the work load builds and never sees an end. I have never hated my life so much there.
