Pros

Fantastic opportunity to delve into some uniquely satisfying and rewarding work, Many benefits, perks and flexible schedule. Some truly inspirational people work here, that show great leadership skills but remain unrecognized.

Cons

Most senior management doesn't care about staff or how and what they're doing. Nasty HR person with a vicious attitude, and plenty of self righteousness. To add to the mix a receptionist with more attitude than necessary. Compensation is on the lower end of the spectrum, most likely to support the upper tier.

Pros

Interesting projects. Monthly social events.

Cons

Work load fluctuate over time. It is especially bad between June to October. Managements and clients are on vacation in June, which means there are no billable work. It gets overwhelmingly busy in September because projects gets signed. Starfish doesn't have a professional way to offset the work load. Employees are punished for low billable work. Social events only happen on weekends.
