The idea of experience planning was ahead of its time, the focus on people and journies, data and how to use it, the integration of tech. But in Canada weak leadership, and client service head that repurpose content with no original thought, a CEO that "parties" with his team, an HR person who you cannot trust, and US lead that is just not offering the right leadership.
