      Pros

      Very chill jobs, management is very out to lunch and given the constantly changing priorities there is ultimately no pressure to deliver. Few pockets of excellence, if you work with those groups, you'll have a nice time.

      Many cons, this agency does not equip itself to deliver value and is cemented in bureaucratric processes that lead nowhere.
