      Local people you work with are great

      Cons

      Zero direction. All departments walled off from all others. Terrible communication between departments. "Exciting changes to benefits plan" meant a lot of us LOST benefits or costs got increased.

      Virtually none. Your get paid on time but that is about all I can say good about this company. Stericycle sucks.

      Cons

      If you like dumb management, not getting the resources needed to do your job and a culture where back stabbing is rewarded, then this is your dream company.

      Pros

      Benefits, lots of work, endless work. Lots of paper to shred, lots of upper Management, lots of training , lots of customers , never a shortage of back breaking work.

      Cons

      Too many to list, over worked, poor equipment, no team environment. Lack of care for staff. Uneven pay rates, the lowest seniority worker will be paid 5 dollars less per hour to do the same jobs! You have no voice as a CSR, but are the face of the company. Avoid this place if you value your happiness.
