Great people, great peers, wonderful day to day, easy to take interest in your work.

Cons

There's no such thing as raises, promotions only guarantee more hours and responsibilities, head office seems to only exist to punish/hound lower management and only allot enough hours to keep stores functioning but understaffed.

No training Barely above minimum wage pay If the people below you are incompetent you’re screwed Not enough hours to have sufficient staff Upper management while approachable has to jump through many hoops to get things done and communication with other departments seems to be a game of broken telephone Any issues take sometimes weeks to resolve
