Pros

Not one single positive thing. Extremely poor company including CEO who is constantly power tripping and hammering people. Not an inspirational company.

Cons

Very poor senior leadership. No work life balance. Very very bad place to work.

Pros

- large company so if you’re willing to move around there is a lot of opportunity - health and dental benefits -2 weeks vacation to start

Cons

- senior leadership doesn’t care - just a number - heavy work load without compensation - terrible communication within the company and future goals unclear

Pros

Regular salary increases, fair benefits package, challenging and complex work, opportunities for growth

Cons

Horrible culture based on poor top level management. Cold, unfriendly environment with ear to the grindstone mentality. Socialization is frowned upon and so you feel more like a prisoner than a valued associate and comraderie is non-exsistent. Work load is unmanageable and continuously growing with company downsizing instead of adding help.
