Pros

Cutting edge technology. We get to work on problems and tools that are genuinely ahead of the market. It’s intellectually stimulating and keeps skills sharp.

Cons

Two challenges: 1) Pay transparency is lacking. When salary comparisons surface without context, it creates distraction and affects morale. 2) Group gossip can undermine trust. Important information sometimes moves through informal channels instead of leadership, which leads to misinformation.

Pros

The Pay was decent enough.

Cons

Direct management and upper management do not care for you at all. You are a number. You will be scrutinized for every little thing you do. You do things the way they tell you to do them, they will lash out and tell you that's not how it's done. They do not have your backs at all. You would be better off working for a different, better bank than this one. Do not be fooled by the surface. They were significantly fined for not following the rules themselves, and they'll put the blame solely on you!
