Company Direction is to Remove Dept No bonuses/Salary Increase for Next 4-5 years into 2021.

Very Busy, so there’s lots to do and days are not boring as Teva is cutting work force in Canada locations due to Dept repayments

Cons

no room for growth, as many failed attempts to try. ALL people are over worked like machines and multi taking fails due to too many items on the go all at once so items get disregarded and put off constantly. Main directors clearly are there just waiting to get packed deal to leave as they had their turn already. Directors only care about themselves and not other to look good to try to raise department moral up. company moral is negative and has been for many years as uncertainty can come any week.
