      Pros

      People in general were decent to work with, work was fun, SOME uppermanagement will look out for the employees.

      Cons

      Never know when your not going to have a job. RIF's 1-2 times a year. Leadership is backstabbing to eachother which creates a terrible toxic division for the employees to get along and collaborate for the greater good of the business.
