      Setting up, carrying heavy loads, bias and favoritism. POC are not welcome. Refunds for customers not allowed, prices rising for cheap items

      Autonomy, travel, owning your territory & success, Busy season is a grind, but very worth it as a young professional or college student looking for temp work.

      Cons

      compensation a bit below average but especially if you're clocking in hourly the busy season more than makes up for it.

      Flexible scheduling. Work with friends. Travel. Food paid for. Travel paid for. Opportunity for bonuses.

      Cons

      Some unorganized experiences with warehouse and management. ALWAYS check your own vehicles and products for correct items. VOICE if something is wrong with a rental vehicle. Advocate for a vehicle switch!!
