      Pros

      ESPP and benefits package is decent. Flex hours and working from home are nice options for employees to take advantage of. If you are looking for a job, then HD is just as good a place as anywhere, but if you are looking for a company that lives it's core values...from my experience, this is not the place.

      Cons

      Management does not live up to the company standards. They have training opportunities regarding diversity & inclusion, respect etc. But no follow thru...I guess you don't always have to "do the right thing"

      Pros

      The people there make all the difference. The people you will meet at work are wonderful characters and make your day that much better.

      Cons

      They don't care about staff or anyone's opinion if it doesn't match there own views. Associates are often undermined and made to feel like less than dirt by management and by the customers.

      Easy to get hired. No experience generally needed to get a job with The Home Depot.

      Cons

      Management style is authoritarian and unfriendly for the most part. Individual managers may differ, but the overall environment is very cold and impersonal.
