- use to be great with the old National head of sales

Cons

You want to avoid working at this company at all costs. If you enjoy being micromanaged, or enjoy working in a highly toxic environment this place would be the right fit for you. This company does not offer any work life balance and everyone is being pushed to produce results within corporate and field team with loads of pressure from the National Head of Sales. This company has been around for years but continues to function like a start up, as they refuse to invest in the correct tools to alleviate manual work. All meetings that are held are always negative across the board and no accountability is taken by the Senior Leadership Team at The Mobile Shop. The National Head of Sales is too involved, micromanages each department, and expects results the next day on new processes that are being implemented. During meetings with field management team, they are constantly told they will be “let go” in national calls. This company faces high turnover, people come and go within a short period of time as they realize this is not the right environment for anyone to work in. There are junior people in high leadership roles. The mental, verbal and emotional abuse is not worth working here. Everything was well previously to the new Senior leadership at TMS.

Pros

You could get a job literally anywhere else and be treated better, paid more, and not under immense stress while head office tanks the rest of the company

Cons

-The entire company -Management no longer makes commission (2023) -Upper management -Pay -Lack of training, coaching. Managers have no management training. Blind leading the blind -Company is going under AND they can’t keep any staff
