Pros

Great clients, some intelligent people to work with but unfortunately their not valued as much as they should be. Good place to gain some experience if you're a new grad, keep your head down and go somewhere better after a couple years.

Cons

When I first joined the company, the recruitment team told me they were hiring a few positions due to recent promotions and growth. They lied, it took some time but I found I was brought aboard because almost half of the team left, and this wasn't the first time its happened. The turnover at this company is very high, this past year there was about 12 people gone (about 60 people in office). Toxic politics overall. Director and above have their head in the clouds, most have been there for 10+ years and step on who they can to keep their jobs. Out-dated and mechanical way of doing things, outdated products, upper management always asks for new ideas and ways of doing things. If you speak up, you're attacked and your reputation is tarnished. There has been zero trust between management and its employees for years, its painfully obvious. Company has a habit of promoting people due to seniority instead of merit or skill, or just bringing over personnel from the US to fill vacancies. Most business is hanging on by a thread, lose and gain a handful every year due to lack of account management. It's a miracle we don't lose much more than we do.

A great place to start but move on after a couple years

Pros

As a entry level company, a great place to gather skills and experience as well as to grow professional network; Work culture is very open and friendly. Feeling of a small, close-knit company (Toronto office has about 50 employees in all)

Cons

Market Research data analysis requires analytical skills. After a couple of years developing these, suddenly one is expected to go out and start selling. This requires an entirely separate set of skills. This hampers growth potential of many valuable employees.

Pros

-Great work-life balance (some people work from home and never show up, some come in at 10am and leave at 4pm, etc.)

Cons

It's a VERY SLOW company. If you're eager to learn, thrive, and make changes, this is not the right company for you. -A lot of people stay here for 5+, 10+, 20+ years (for obvious reasons). They're old school and it's difficult to be inspired by them.
