Pros

Decent pay, very stable hours (32/week for me) small raises every 4 months or so based on performance. Fun environment to work in and interesting and challenging orders to fulfill at times.

Cons

Depending on management, you may work alone a lot at times. It can be busy, and the experience is very much up in the air as these are franchised stores. My owners in particular were great, but I have heard some negative things regarding others. No benefits besides 10% employee discount.

If you promote, think outside the box, market , find your niche you can make this work

Cons

UPS and the UPS Store management act like sharks surrounding a bleeding store owner, waiting to feed off of your hard work, they never market the brand, plus UPS will steal your own customers by offering discounts that you cannot match
