Pros

None, too many cons that makes this place horrible.

Cons

Company is cheap. The represent the most luxurious and expensive pianos in the world and pay their employees very poorly. There is also no HR department so if you have anything you need to go to HR about, you are pretty well SOL. If you do complain, you are seen as a problem and they will find every excuse to let you go or threaten to fire you. I have seen it happening on many occasions. Employer is also discriminating towards cultures who aren't of an asian/chinese decent. You are required to work 50-70 hours a week and you do not get compensated. No vacation or benefits for 1 year. no opportunities to advance or get a raise.

Pros

Honestly I don't see any pros at all

Cons

If you work at the company, be prepared to get yelled at and hated with cynicism, most importantly, don't expect any training from the employer. They assume you know everything and will just throw tasks at you without telling you how to do it and expect you to learn things by yourself. Staff are all impatient and rude. Never even heard them say good morning and even if you said good morning, don't expect to hear them say it back.

Pros

Good Hours, Not too early, not too late. On the surface, an easy going atmosphere, but underneath low paid. Too many Red Bull, not enough food anger fueled kind of resentment of any happiness fills the air.

Cons

Less than minimum wage pay hidden inside commissions. Other co-workers stealing commissions. Very clique oriented within the stores, lots of gossip and lies. No one to go to with problems, who could I trust to speak about the real problems. My bossed laughed off being told the teachers smoke pot in between lessons.
