Lack of communication towards subordinates (The operators are the main purpose for revenue service. Without them, there wouldn't be a reason to work. Management should be less tyrannical and have more of a "Let's work together" presence. At the same time, operators have to express their concerns in a more professional manner. As a former operator myself, I know that it's rather difficult to do so, but it is necessary.]
