      Pros are the hourly salary is good and some peers

      Cons

      union is actively engaged with good reason it is an extremely toxic environment if you do not click to their ways. Lots of turn overs and so many expectations for taking calls, many are miserable and only come because they don’t have opportunities elsewhere.
