Pros

Some good perks such as a travel allowance every year

Cons

Toxic Work environment, with constant gossip, negativity and a false pretense of a culture that is motivating and friendly. Everyone looks out for themselves, and the office favourites get all the best treatments.

Pros

Staff is great. Product is top-rate

Cons

Staff was discouraged from socializing throughout the day. You felt like you were always being watched - much like working at a call centre.

Great Company Poor Leadership

Pros

The people who work at Travelzoo are it's heart and soul. Wonderful group of people to work with.

Cons

Unfortunately, it's hard to compete in the market when they don't want to update their branding to something more upscale. Leadership at the top is not good. There is not a clear direction and if there is, it changes quite often. New CEO would benefit the company - someone who is experienced in online vs sales.
