Visionless management craving to increase product revenue

If you know how to lick it and you know your target, you are all set to grow fast.

Cons

Visionless management always busy with micro management and enforces mid-level management to do micro management. You might not see few of your colleagues one day because they are fired in the morning, for no valid reason. Mid-management is well trained to work under fear.

Great atmosphere and culture in the Ottawa office. The people are great. Company is forward looking and lots of improvements are continuously being made to the developer experience.

Cons

Salary is pretty average. You don't come here for the money.
