Pros

Good pay compared to other companies. They have a market where you get organic products for very cheap.

Cons

Do not work there if you are ambitious and willing to grow. it is not an analytical job at all. It is purely database entry. Take this job only if you really need money It is a boring environment, no mentorship. No opportunites for growth. lack of leadership skills

Pros

Good benefits. Option to buy healthy food for low prices. Unfortunately not too many good things to say about the company.

Cons

Turn around is huge, people come and go on a weekly basis. No one feels safe! Spirits are down. Nothing done for employees. New management does not care about the employees. Expected to work overtime and from home for no extra pay. Workload is crazy.

Pros

Associate Market is great for getting close-to-date products they distribute for a deep discount. Most of the Vaughan location employees are nice people.

Cons

Over crowded, under supported. Good luck if you need anything local on a tech-support level. The company does not support mental health initiatives. Ability to move around laterally, but not upward. They hire from outside first. Pay scale is on the lowest in the industry. Organizational meetings consistently scheduled outside of your regular working hours with the expectation you attend regardless of pre-arranged exceptions (picking up kids from day care, attending to parents in assisted living care for appointments). Expectation to regularly work outside of business hours with ABSOLUTELY NO reciprocation to give time off in lieu.
