Pros

Part-time teammates we’re great, consistent schedule so could plan my life ahead of time

Cons

Upper female management are a bunch of powertripping, rude, condescending, ignorant witches. Worst, most toxic work environment I have ever been apart of. Wasn’t even work the management experience, I wish I hadn’t wasted a year of my life there.

Pros

It was the discount until they changed it.

Cons

Don’t provide work/life balance. Expect you to live and breathe the company and have as much of an open availability but schedule you almost every weekend to close or you close Saturday only to be scheduled to come back in on a Sunday at like 9AM. Management and upper management are a complete joke and have no idea what goes on in the store. No progression on any level. Only way to move up is if someone quits, which is often but you’ll want to quit to! DO NOT sell yourself short ever and work as a lead for this company, you’re better off being a key-holder at a smaller volume store/company.
