      Great people, Not so great leadership

      Pros

      The talent that surrounds you while there is incredible. Lots of knowledge to gain and transfer.

      Cons

      Leadership was working on figuring it out and it led to a lot of disappoint/ upset users. CEO transition is still in its early phases but we will see how it works out

      Pros

      Nice and talented people, always a good vibe at the office, the best workplace experience team one might imagine, delicious lunch, flexibility and ability to work from home if you want to.

      Cons

      The company has been going through a tough period recently so there's a lot of changes going on, and with that a lot of uncertainty and confusion. For EMEA and APAC employees work hours can be long as most people need to collaborate with colleagues in the US and Canada. Overall I found it difficult to keep a good work / life balance due to regular meetings outside of my normal working hours. On the other hand, I had lots of flexibility during the day and my manager has always been very supportive and caring.
