      Good pay Company vehicle(take home for now) Good pension Good benefits Lots of voluntary OT

      Cons

      Very little work life balance. Management violates right to disconnect. Management is very anti union. Scheduling is not great. Union dues are quite extravagant. Management violate workers rights. No use of work vehicle that you must accommodate. Company does not provide bathroom facilities especially those whom work night shift. You are expected that you can work 24/7 but management works 9-5 and is not there to support the field.

      Cons

      Hours Work for metrolinx and a&b Everyone’s your boss even tho they are not No bathroom breaks No lunch breaks Waste time sitting doing nothing because they won’t let you go home Punished with bad hours or jobs if you are sick Holidays never get approved because they don’t have enough employees to cover jobs. Constant change of company policies

      Cons

      Poorly managed and unorganized. Don't care about employees. Poor moral. Long hours. Lack of diversity amounst management. No equal opportunity to advance within company.
