Pros

Fantastic and experience team of dedicated and team-oriented members.

Cons

Organization is very compartmentalized. Info not shared well across departments and teams, leading to duplication of efforts and needless 'reinventing the wheel', a waste of time and resources. Technology platform can be challenging/buggy, but is improving.
