Pros

Great place to work thanks to the culture and the people. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Leadership encourages a positive environment where colleagues help each other succeed, which makes the day-to-day experience very rewarding.

Cons

There are quite a few standard processes that can make daily tasks feel a bit heavy at times. While this is part of the sales role, some of the administrative steps could be streamlined to free up more time for representatives to focus on customers and core sales activities.
