You can show up late and call in sick and not get fired

Cons

Equipment is junk, nothing is maintained, trucks are falling apart, and zero respect from the employer to the employee, they lie about how many hours to be expected, working part time in the winter but no lay off, hours are incorrect every week and you have to chase and beg managers to pay hours you are entitled to receive.
