Good work life balance. Low stress environment. Friendly coworkers excluding management. Fair pay for fair work. Very little micro-management. Control over your day-to-day responsibilities.

Cons

Poor middle management. Senior management fails to communicate vision and future direction of the company. Poor processes and use of ancient systems/software. Resistant to change. Low upward mobility. Low diversity in employees. Slow processes

No ... really none at all that pop out.

Cons

The Middle and Upper Management are endlessly promoting so-called systems that would "grow sales" and as yet, absolutely none have generated as a result of these processes. WESCO is out of touch with what drives growth and relationships with clientele. The "elephant in the room" is this WESCO. The growth was driven by purchasing smaller very effective companies and then within 2-3 years, driving them into the ground. If you take care of employees, the employees will take care of business. YOU DO NOT hire Smart People so you can tell them what to do .... you hire Smart people so the Smart People can tell you what to do!

Salary was ok. Building was clean and big enough. For some, there might have been oportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Seems like they couldn't see the obvious causes of their problems. If it's not your problem, then it's not a problem.
