Pros
Great job! Wish I was still there! People are great and the job is interesting. If they wanted me back I would jump at the chance.
Cons
Reflective of the Construction industry's need for temporary workers as this company focuses almost solely on that industry and with Fort MacMurray folding down and temp jobs in the construction industry drying up because of the guys coming back to full time jobs in construction the pickings are fewer out there.
