      friendly office staff easy to find most things flexibility with home life

      Cons

      understaffed for ACE or any special needs kids (board-wide) patchwork only until something serious breaks (the school is literally falling apart)

      Pros

      Usually work as much as I need to. Most schools have friendly and helpful staff.

      Cons

      Contracts can be challenging as the board seems be getting smaller, and unless you have a presence in a school and have made connections with staff and administrators you may not even get an interview.
